Assignment context
With a major operator of critical infrastructures in the Romandy region, MDI Technologies is seeking a SharePoint M365 & Power Platform Expert to design and evolve the organisation's collaborative solutions. The assignment covers SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI development, as well as governance of the Microsoft 365 environment. No on-call duty is expected outside standard office hours. Provisional start as soon as possible in 2026.

Your responsibilities
- Act as the technical and functional reference for collaborative solutions within the organisation
- Develop webparts, forms, workflows and business applications on SharePoint Online
- Build and maintain Power Automate automations and Power BI dashboards
- Ensure Microsoft 365 governance and compliance (security, access management, policies)
- Provide second and third-level technical support across the M365 ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal project managers on M365-related projects

- SPFx, TypeScript, React, PowerShell, advanced JavaScript, CSS, ASP.Net
- Microsoft Graph API, JSON, REST
- Azure AD, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Dataverse
- Microsoft 365 security, governance and architecture
- ShareGate proficiency
Desirable skills
- Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate
- Microsoft Fundamental MS-900 certification
- MS Security Administrator SC-401 certification
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
- Experience on SharePoint Server 2013 projects
