Assignment context
As part of a digital and financial transformation project with a major organisation in the Romandy region, MDI Technologies is seeking a Senior All-round Accountant to reinforce accounting teams. The assignment covers the continuity of accounting operations during the transition to a new ERP, including general ledger, sub-ledgers and financial reporting. Multiple positions may be filled simultaneously depending on the ERP rollout schedule. Provisional start no earlier than Q4 2026.
Your responsibilities
- General ledger accounting (entries, bank reconciliations, period-end closings)
- Management of sub-ledgers: accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets
- Supplier invoice processing and customer invoice issuance
- Fixed-asset accounting and cash management
- Financial reporting and Excel tracking (pivot tables, formulas)
- Transition documentation and ERP migration support
Essential skills
- Mastery of general accounting and sub-ledgers (payables, receivables, fixed assets)
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems (asset: Oracle Business Suite)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, tracking)
- Swiss CFC as commercial employee or equivalent qualification
Desirable skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Business Suite
- Knowledge of WebI reporting tool
- Experience in ERP migration or deployment projects
Education & experience
Swiss CFC as commercial employee (employé de commerce) or equivalent
5+ years in general and subsidiary accounting
