Assignment context

With a major operator of critical infrastructures in the Romandy region, MDI Technologies is seeking a Senior C#/.NET Full-stack Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of business-critical applications. The technical environment is based on C#/.NET 8+, Angular and SQL Server, in an agile context with high standards of availability and application security. Periodic on-call duty (approximately every six weeks) is expected. Provisional start as soon as possible in 2026; multiple positions may be filled simultaneously.

Your responsibilities

Full-stack development of critical business applications (C#/.NET back-end, Angular front-end)
Design and implementation of RESTful APIs and secure microservices
Participation in Agile ceremonies and backlog management (functional and technical specifications)
SQL Server administration and optimisation (stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning)
Facilitation of expert workshops with business teams and production of architecture diagrams
Second and third-level technical support for incident management

Essential skills

C# and .NET framework (Core / .NET 6+ / .NET 8+) — proficiency required
ASP.NET Core (Web API, MVC)
RESTful architectures and microservices
SQL Server: queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance
Entity Framework Core
Angular 16+: components, services, routing, reactive forms
REST or GraphQL API integration, OAuth2/JWT
Azure DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Azure Repos
Application security (OWASP, vulnerability management, encryption)
Data-protection awareness (FADP/GDPR)

Desirable skills

Experience in high-criticality sectors (transport, logistics, critical infrastructure)
Knowledge of sector-specific operational information systems
Technical English proficiency (strongly recommended)
