Multispindle Bar Turning — High-Volume Production

MDI Technologies is equipped with 2 multispindle lathes. With one lathe we can turn up to Ø25 and the second lathe allows us to turn up to Ø42.

It should be noted that these multispindle lathes are among the most productive and enable the production of parts in very large series, with quantities reaching several hundred thousand parts.

By machining 6 parts at a time, the lathes enable us to manufacture at very high rates while maintaining optimal quality. Furthermore, this system also allows us to reduce production costs and lead times.
