CNC turning and milling
At MDI Technologies, the CNC bar turning workshop comprises 7 CNC machines, most of which are equipped with bar feeders to improve productivity. The software package we use enables us to quickly create machining programs that combine performance and optimisation, allowing us to produce the shapes you require, on-site or remotely.
The product range covered is very wide:
Refrigerated neat cutting oil is preferred for precision when using our machines
For the environment, we optimise it by using a continuous tidying policy. Each machine has its own extraction system for daily workshop cleanliness.
For turning and machining parts from Ø20 to Ø60mm in bar stock and up to Ø150mm in billets. Maximum part length is 300mm.
For turning and machining parts from Ø20 to Ø76 in bar stock and up to Ø200 in billets. Maximum part length is 300 mm.
For turning and machining parts
Used for complex machining operations with C-axis, it can turn and machine parts up to Ø80mm in bars and up to Ø200mm in billets, with a maximum length of 400 mm.
For turning and machining parts up to Ø200 mm in chucks.
We can machine parts up to Ø20 mm on this type of lathe.
These sliding headstock lathes can machine parts from Ø3 to Ø12mm in bar stock.
