Traditional Bar Turning — Cam Lathe Machining

MDI Technologies has at its disposal a bank of cam lathes, consisting of 4 Index C29 units capable of machining up to Ø30mm and 3 Index B60 units turning up to Ø60mm. These fixed headstock lathes are generally preferred for manufacturing short parts, as the length often should not exceed the outer diameter.

Thanks to these mechanical lathes, it is possible to machine parts in large series (from 2,000 units). Please note that some of our lathes are equipped with polygon attachments to produce hexagonal or flat parts.
